Booking terms and conditions for members

We are opening the process to request a berth as a member for the 2026 season.

If you have a boat permanently at the Club, or you do not wish to bring a vessel during 2026, you do not need to submit any request.

Any full member of the Club who wishes to bring a vessel they own (100% ownership) to the Club, whether or not they hold a concession lease.

From this moment and until March 13th.

As a Club member, you may request a berth for a vessel you own, provided that ownership (100%) is evidenced by official documents.

By accessing your member portal via the email sent to you and completing the booking form. If you have not received it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our offices so we can send it to you. You can also email socios@esnautic.com .

After completing and submitting the form, you will receive an email with an application number, which means we have received it correctly. You can track this application in your personal area under “My account” > “Your applications”. Please note that our response may take several days from receipt of the application due to the high volume of requests.

Once we receive your application, our team will contact you to inform you of availability and the cost of your stay. If you agree with the quotation, you must make full payment before the due date. If you hold a concession lease, no payment is required, but we will ask you to sign the quotation to indicate your acceptance.

The booking will be considered confirmed once full payment has been made, and you will also receive a confirmation email. If you hold a concession lease, you will receive an email confirming the requested dates.

You may change the dates or even cancel the booking free of charge up to one month before arrival. To do so, you only need to send an email to: socios@esnautic.com.

When you arrive with your vessel, you must call on VHF channel 9, stating your vessel’s name. Over the radio, the dockhand will direct you to your berth. When the vessel is moored, it is very important that you come to the Club offices to complete and sign the check-in registration, as required by the competent authorities. You must provide the vessel’s documentation and valid third-party liability insurance.

Our aim is for you to enjoy your stay at the Club to the fullest with your family and friends. For this reason, we kindly ask you to help us by following these guidelines, as they will make it easier for us to have everything ready for your arrival.
