Ordinary General Assembly

 Reading and, if applicable, approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

1. Approval, if applicable, of the annual report for the previous financial year.
2. Review of the previous financial year’s budget settlement, balance sheet and inventory, together with the presentation and approval of the accounts
3. Budget for the following financial year.
4. Programme of activities for the following financial year.
5. Establishment of membership fees and financial contributions
6. Proposals submitted by the Board of Directors or by the members.
7. Proposal for the admission of new members
8. Proposals for the expulsion or disciplinary action of members
