Terms and agreements


1.       Allocation and Use:

  • CNSA assigns moorings or buoys based on the yacht’s characteristics (length, beam, displacement, etc.).
  • CNSA may change the assigned mooring/buoy location if necessary.
  • To request a mooring or buoy, all payments must be up to date.
  • It is mandatory to register the vessel at the Club's office on the day of arrival. Stay extensions or new reservations will not be processed for boats pending registration or with outstanding payments from previous nights or other services.
  • Occupying unauthorized moorings or buoys, or swapping vessels at the assigned location, is not permitted.

 

2.     Rates and Payments:

  • Payments must be made in advance. The due date is stated in the quotation. If payment is not completed before the due date, the quotation will be considered expired and the availability cancelled. Please note that for same-day requests, payment must be made within 4 hours.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or incomplete stays.

 

3.      Included Services:

  • Water, electricity, restrooms, tender service, and regulated access to the floating dock.
  • Use of the facilities is exclusively for the owner, skipper, and/or crew. The owner, skipper, and/or crew are responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulations by their guests and clients.
  • Please check with our office for services with time restrictions, additional costs, or that require an appointment.

 

 4.     Safety and Responsibilities:

  • Club staff may move, inspect, tow, or haul out the vessel for safety, logistical reasons, or non-compliance with internal regulations.
  • The owner must keep the vessel in optimal condition and remain reachable at all times.
  • Compliance with internal regulations (available at esnautic.com) is mandatory.
  • Valid documentation and liability insurance must be presented.
  • CNSA is not liable for theft, damage, or custody of the vessel.
  • Vessels may be retained in case of non-payment.
  • Anchoring, swimming, or bathing in the harbor basin is strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum speed in channels: 2–3 knots.
  • Storing fuel on board is not allowed.

 

5.      Environmental Rules:

  • Discharging waste into the sea is prohibited. Penalties may reach up to €5,000.
  • The use of biodegradable products is mandatory.
  • Containers and a designated waste disposal area are available for toxic and general waste.​

 

6.      Rules of Use:

  • Anchoring, swimming, switching vessels without authorization, or using the boat as a residence is prohibited.
  • Activities must be strictly nautical in nature.
  • Pets are allowed only under supervision and on a leash.
  • Access to the port from outside the Schengen area requires prior control at an authorized port (Ibiza).
